  1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.

  1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you have authority to provide their information and act on their behalf.

  1. Website use

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Introduce malicious software
• Scrape or copy protected content without permission
• Interfere with the website or another customer’s use
• Use NUR GOODS branding in a misleading manner

Colours and appearance may vary between displays and production batches. Measurements may have reasonable tolerances.

Products must be used only for their stated purpose and in accordance with supplied instructions, warnings, age restrictions, and safety information.

You must stop using a product and contact us if you reasonably believe it is damaged, defective, recalled, or unsafe.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for an unsafe or defective product where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A contract is normally formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment is not authorised
• Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected
• A material pricing or product-information error has occurred
• Delivery is unavailable to the supplied address
• A legal or safety restriction prevents supply

If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.

  1. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Taxes are included where indicated. Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be shown before payment.

For international orders, local import duties or taxes may be payable as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

These partners may process order and delivery information on our behalf. NUR GOODS remains responsible for its obligations to you as the seller, subject to applicable law.

Products from one order may be delivered separately.

Delivery arrangements and estimates appear in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

We are not responsible for delay caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, provided that we comply with our legal obligations and keep you reasonably informed.

Your statutory remedies for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

  1. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund rights are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Our policies do not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to additional terms.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes cannot be combined
• A promotion may be limited to selected products or customers
• We may withdraw a promotion before an order is placed
• We may reject misuse, duplication, or fraud

Withdrawal of a promotion will not affect an order already accepted.

The NUR GOODS name, logos, website design, original copy, graphics, and other original materials belong to NUR GOODS or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

  1. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting NUR GOODS, subject to privacy and consumer law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, or infringes third-party rights.

  1. Third-party links and services

The website may link to services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control. This does not exclude responsibility for third parties acting on our behalf where the law makes us responsible.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Defective products where liability cannot be excluded
• Breach of statutory consumer rights
• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold through the consumer store are supplied for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from consumer use, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
