Shipping and Delivery Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This policy explains how NUR GOODS processes and delivers orders.

  1. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Processing may take longer during weekends, UK public holidays, high-demand periods, supplier disruptions, payment reviews, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not confirm dispatch.

  1. Fulfilment partners

NUR GOODS works with third-party fulfilment partners, including Zendrop and international suppliers.

Products may be dispatched directly by a fulfilment partner. The seller responsible for your order remains [LEGAL OWNER NAME], trading as NUR GOODS, unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

  1. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• United Kingdom: usually 5 to 12 business days
• International destinations: usually 7 to 20 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where a legally binding delivery deadline has been agreed with you, we will honour the rights and remedies required by applicable law.

Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days of the contract being formed.

  1. Split shipments

Products from the same order may be supplied by different fulfilment partners.

Your order may therefore arrive in separate packages, through different carriers, and on different dates. You will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

  1. Shipping charges

Any shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Where free standard shipping is offered, no standard shipping charge will be added.

  1. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking may take several business days to become active. Some international carriers provide limited tracking updates until the package reaches the destination country.

  1. Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact SUPPORT@NURGOODS.COM immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an amendment after processing has started.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may charge reasonable redelivery costs where permitted by law.

This does not affect your rights where the delivery failure was caused by NUR GOODS or its delivery partners.

  1. Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, or local carrier charges.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Customers should check local import requirements before ordering. NUR GOODS cannot provide individual tax or customs advice.

  1. Delivery delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

• Customs inspections
• Carrier disruption
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Industrial action
• Local delivery restrictions
• Incorrect address information
• Events outside our reasonable control

We will not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. If delivery is substantially delayed, contact SUPPORT@NURGOODS.COM so we can investigate.

  1. Lost packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package appears lost, contact us with your order number.

We may ask you to confirm your address, check with household members or neighbours, contact the carrier, or complete a non-receipt declaration.

Where an order is confirmed lost before lawful delivery, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

  1. Packages shown as delivered

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package:

• Check with household members
• Check any nominated safe place
• Check with immediate neighbours
• Review carrier photographs or delivery notes
• Contact the carrier where appropriate
• Contact us promptly

We will assess the available delivery evidence and assist with a reasonable investigation.

  1. Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage normally passes to a consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by the consumer to receive them.

If you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us, different legal rules may apply.
